A seminar led by Janet Bowers

Janet Bowers has worked in London as a Core Process Psychotherapist (a mindfulness-based model) for the last twelve years. She has also been a student of the Beshara School for nearly 40 years and is interested in exploring how her work and spiritual practice inform each other. Janet is also a Trustee of the Beshara Trust.
