Take time out in this tranquil rural setting to discover Mindfulness for yourself; experience the three core practices in Mindfulness training; an ideal opportunity to have a taste of Mindfulness before attending an 8-week course or further training.
No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners or those with some experience of Mindfulness
This workshop draws on practices from the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Programme MBSR and the Mindfulness-based Living Course MBLC.
